Hi, I’m Kaisa — a yoga teacher, breathwork coach, and physiotherapy student.
I discovered yoga in 2012, and what began as simple curiosity soon became a life-changing path. After experiencing burnout in 2016, I learned how powerful breathing, mindful movement, and relaxation can be for both body and mind.

Now I combine yoga, breathwork, mobility training, and mindfulness to help others find calm, strength, and balance — both on and off the mat. My classes offer a supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and feel at ease.

If you’re ready to discover tools that help you relax, focus, and feel better in daily life, I’d love to guide you.

Join one of my group lessons. You do not need any prior experience, options will be offered for everyone no matter their experience, flexibility or strength. Join us to breathe, move and relax!
