I took my first yoga class in 2012, purely out of curiosity. After spending 45 minutes figuring out where to place my hands and feet, I finally settled in for the relaxation at the end. It was something completely new to me, yet the feeling it gave me was unforgettable. I felt calm, clear-minded, and at peace — and I wanted more.
From there, I dove deep into the world of yoga, taking many courses and regularly practicing various styles. After experiencing burnout in 2016, I discovered the profound effect that breathing has on both the body and mind. Learning to use my breath to influence how I feel and calm my nerves inspired me to take a yoga teacher training in 2018.
I began sharing these methods right away, realizing how much they were needed — both then and now. Over time, I’ve expanded my knowledge with training in mindfulness and trauma-sensitive yoga. Currently, I’m studying to become a physiotherapist, which allows me to bring in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology into my classes.
My mission is simple: to help others. To reduce stress, quiet the racing mind, feel at ease, and be happier. I believe how we feel inside shapes everything — how we enjoy the company of others, care for our loved ones, perform at work, and make life decisions. The tools to transform are already within each of us; we just need to learn how to use them.
Come and take a breath with me.
